Ovomag is a proteic product formulated with egg white protein, magnesium, and Vit B6. Egg white protein provides a wide range of amino acids, which is ideal to regenerate damaged muscular fibers during physical activity.

Magnesium helps reduce tiredness and fatigue, contributes to normal muscle function and protein synthesis.

Vitamin B6 contributes to the normal metabolism of proteins and glycogen, in addition to reducing tiredness and fatigue.

DIRECTIONS

Can be taken any time of the day. It is recommended to take at breakfast 2 heaping tablespoons (11.5 g) dissolved in a glass of milk, vegetable drink or water (~ 200 ml). You can have another additional 2 tablespoons of dessert after physical activity.

4 spoons (23 g): white egg powder 12.2 g (of which proteins 10 g), vitamin B6 2.8 mg (200% NRV *), magnesium 198 mg (53% NRV *).
